Electronics:

You can install any of your preferred electronics package to run your brygga. Our machine needs five steppers and five drivers.

As an alternate, we offer a fully integrated, affordable unipolar 3-Amp electronics set in Nema 23 size. All you need to do is to connect steppers/switches with included wires.

Our electronics set was used in all of our demonstration videos.

brygga electronics set includes:

• SuperPid electronic spindle control.

• SuperPid X-axis carriage enclosure with spindle dust protection filters.

• 5-channel unipolar 3-Amp drivers.

• One additional 3-Amp driver channel for future expansion.

• Five high-torque, low-inductance 305 oz-in 3-Amp steppers.

• Pulled-up input/output connections for:

E-Stop, PWM spindle control with manual override, Homing and Probe.

• Auto-square function is not provided or advised for brygga due to rigid gantry.

• E-chain, E-chain shelves and brackets for all axis.

• Hall effect transistor homing switches and trigger magnets.

• Stepper and hall effect switch wiring boxes on carriages.

• Three belt pulleys.

• Two stepper couplers.

• Aluminum electrical box with line power connections.

• 600 Watt, 35 Volt unregulated power supply with toroidal transformer.

• Power switch relay.

• Cables.

• Polished surfaces as shown in images.

Optional Hitachi M12VC:

• Purchase your electronics set complete with a prepped Hitachi M12VC router spindle.

• Router is new but modified to include the speed sensor and electrical plugs.

• Original Hitachi electronics and interior shelves are removed.

• Router comes without original packaging but with supplied collets and wrenches.

• Router is tested for function but NOT for runout.

• Modifying the router VOIDS the original factory warranty.

• We assume or provide no further warranties or support for the router.

Software:

You will need a machine control software such as Mach3 and CAM design software such as Vectric for your brygga.
